Winterizing your pool

Naturally, in Fall and early Winter, your pool will collect a lot of dirt and debris from neighboring trees, wind, and other elements of nature. If your pool is shut down, your filter isn't going to clean any of that out. This means algae, bacteria, and even insects are going to accumulate and turn into a mucky mess.
